Engagement Categories
Full-time, Part-time, and freelance

Engaging a virtual assistant on a full-time basis means you'll be negotiating payment based on working hours, and the number of days of engagement in a week.  Part-time and freelance are based on hourly payment and the number of days you want engagements.

Our payment Policy
First-time clients are given the liberty to pay at the end of the first engagement to build trust. After which subsequent payments will be made before engagement.

Job satisfaction policy
Clients can request a change of Virtual Assistant if not satisfied with the work done.

Simulating An Engagement
Understanding the roles involved as clients, helps us to serve client's interests. In a typical engagement scenario, the client upon request briefs us on what they want to accomplish. We'll work with a client's budget and factor in time zones, working days, and hours. To help us provide the appropriate Virtual Assistant for the client. The virtual assistant set up a workstation and fully informed what to expect from the client. We then conduct a virtual onboarding session where the client and virtual Assistant meet to talk more about the work plan, goals, and itineraries. The client will tell the virtual assistant what needs to be done within the stipulated time of engagement. A virtual assistant when engaged must remain at work except when the need to use the convenience or restroom arises, and must not exceed 10 minutes.
